If you are not happy with an item you rent from us, you can receive a refund if the 'certified authentic tag' is still attached, the item is returned to UPS and the return label barcode is scanned within 2 business days of receiving the item. Please allow 2-3 business days after the item has arrived at our Fashion House and a refund will automatically be issued back in the original form of payment. If it's after 2 business days, contact us and we will issue you a prorated credit that you can apply towards future rentals or purchases. *Note- prorates are not applicable to weekly rental terms and the 2 day business policy listed above applies.
